For your safety and comfort, we thank you for reading the following legal provisions:
Drivers of public transport vehicles are subject to French and European (EEC) regulations, in particular decree no. 92-699 of July 23, 1992, which sets out the following rules:
- Daily range: A maximum of 12 hours. The work period refers to the time elapsed between the start and end of the workday. A rest period of at least 8 consecutive hours must precede any new work period.
- Daily driving time: 9 hours maximum, which can be extended to 10 hours twice a week.
- Continuous driving time: A driver cannot drive for more than 4 hours and 30 minutes without a break.
- Mandatory driving breaks: A 45-minute break is mandatory after each continuous driving period of 4 hours and 30 minutes. This break can be split (e.g., 3 times 15 minutes), provided that no stop is less than 15 minutes.
- Daily rest: A minimum of 11 consecutive hours of rest is required if taken at home, and a minimum of 9 hours if taken elsewhere. The rest period can be split: one period of 8 consecutive hours plus 4 hours taken in increments of at least 1 hour (total: 12 hours).
⚠️ Important: The Client is responsible for complying with these obligations. Any breach or violation may result in criminal penalties for the Client, including vehicle impoundment during a traffic stop. The Client is therefore required to design their program in strict accordance with these safety regulations.

- The driver may interrupt the service or refuse access on board if safety or the proper functioning of the service is compromised.
- A report will be sent to FRANCEBUS Customer Service.

- Departure and return times must be respected. Any delay by the Client or Passengers may result in additional charges.
- Any request to change the schedule or route must be made within the time limits stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions and confirmed by FRANCEBUS.
7. Animals and bulky objects
