It is binding on all Customers and Passengers from the validation of the Quote and for the entire duration of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It aims to guarantee a quality service, respectful of safety, comfort and civility standards, in the interest of all parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. General Obligations of the Client and Passengers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Show up at the agreed time and place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Follow the instructions of the driver and the escort, if applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Adopt respectful behavior towards FRANCEBUS staff, other passengers and third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Do not disturb public order, security or tranquility on board vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Respect the goods made available (vehicle, seats, equipment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Do not smoke, consume alcohol or drugs in vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Do not intentionally damage or dirty the interior or exterior of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Fasten their seat belt when the vehicle is equipped with one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Comply with current legislation, particularly regarding the transport of children and luggage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Luggage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Baggage must be labeled and placed in the designated locations (hold or trunk).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Valuables (jewelry, electronic devices, documents) remain the responsibility of the Passenger and must not be left in vehicles unattended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Baggage must not contain dangerous, flammable, explosive or prohibited materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Safety and comfort<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FRANCEBUS undertakes to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Provide vehicles that are regularly maintained, cleaned and comply with regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Assign a professional, trained driver who holds the required authorizations to the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Respect the driver\u2019s driving and rest times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Provide transportation in optimal safety conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Client undertakes not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Disturb or distract the driver while driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Require maneuvers or routes that may compromise safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Exceeding the number of authorized seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Legal provisions relating to driving and rest times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For your safety and comfort, we thank you for reading the following legal provisions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers of public transport vehicles are subject to French and European (EEC) regulations, in particular decree no. 92-699 of July 23, 1992, which sets out the following rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Daily range: 12 hours maximum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The amplitude corresponds to the time elapsed between the beginning and the end of the working day. A rest of at least 8 consecutive hours must precede any new amplitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Daily driving time: 9 hours maximum, which can be extended to 10 hours twice a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Continuous driving time: A driver cannot drive for more than 4.5 hours without interruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Mandatory driving breaks: A 45-minute break is mandatory after each 4.5-hour period of continuous driving. This break may be split (e.g., 3 times 15 minutes), provided that no break is less than 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Daily rest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 11 consecutive hours minimum if rest is taken at home,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 9 hours minimum if taken outside,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Possibility of splitting the rest: a period of 8 consecutive hours + 4 hours taken in increments of at least 1 hour (total: 12 hours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Important: The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with these obligations. In the event of exceeding or violating these rules, criminal sanctions may be imposed on the Client, particularly if the vehicle is immobilized during a roadside check. The Client is therefore required to design its program in strict compliance with these safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Behavior in the event of a problem or dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The driver may interrupt the Service or refuse access on board if the safety or smooth running of the service is compromised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A report will be sent to FRANCEBUS Customer Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cleaning or restoration costs may be invoiced to the Customer in accordance with the Price List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Respect for timetables and modifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Departure and return times must be respected. Any delay by the Customer or Passengers may result in additional invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Any request for a change of schedule or route must be made within the time limits provided for in the General Terms and Conditions and confirmed by FRANCEBUS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Animals and bulky objects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Animals are not allowed on board, except assistance dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The transport of bicycles, strollers, bulky instruments or sports equipment must be reported in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Sanctions for non-compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Refusal to perform all or part of the Service without reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The invoicing of additional fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Temporary or permanent exclusion from FRANCEBUS services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.
